Shipping policy

Scanmatik Europe SL is responsible for packaging and shipping goods worldwide. Any customs duties incurred in the recipient’s country are the recipient’s responsibility; Scanmatik is not liable for the amount or nature of such duties. In the event that a shipment is refused, Scanmatik will refund the cost of the goods shipped, minus the cost of shipping and return shipping.
