If you bought dongle or module at other shop only your vendor can complete your activation, we are enable to activate other shop purchases!

USB dongle activation

Install Guardant Dongle Driver GrdDrivers.exe
Connect the dongle to USB Port
Start GrdTRU.exe utility, then:
Choose “Start new dongle remote update session”, then click Next

Choose “Save” and save the “question_VD_VIKU_xxxxx.txt” file.
Click Next

Send saved “question_VD_VIKU_xxxxx.txt” in email attachment to m@scanmatik.pro, specify
following registration information:
    • Dongle Serial Number (found on dongle surface) 
    • Order number (our orders have format only #26XXXX) 
    • pcmflash module number 
    • Your Name 
    • Your Email 

Wait for response file. Usually it takes 1-2 hours (at 10:00-18:00 Monday-Friday Moscow time), but may be postponed to next day.  Any other communications with delay. 
 

When you receive response file named “update_VD_VIKU_xxxxxx.txt”  in response email, save it somewhere, then click "Resume previously started...." 

WARNING!  If you selected “start mew dongle remote update session”, you will have to start the update process from the first step by creating a new request file!

Browse…” button and select it. Then click Paste and Next.

 

If no error message shown, then dongle activation is completed.
NOTE: if you see ANY error message after clicking “Next”, then you need to check you inputted code from file not from  text massage.

 

 PCMflash program module Activation

Download latest version of PCMFlash application here: https://pcmflash.ru/pcmflash.zip and Install it.
Connect Dongle to USB port, start the PCMflash application.
Click “Settings”, then paste License Activation code.
Click “Activate”.
